To prevent mis-deliveries, non-delivery, or delays in shipping, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and free of typographical errors. Your shipping address must be a residential or business address in the continental U.S. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on type of product and your shipping location. You may enter your zip code on the checkout page to get an estimated ship cost for your location.

Austin Air air purifiers ship from New York state. Shipping locations in New York state will have the lowest shipping cost, while locations on the West Coast will have a higher shipping cost.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders placed before 9am PST begin processing the same day. Processing may take up to 2 business days.

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Delivery Times:

Delivery may vary from 2-10 business days with East Coast locations taking fewer days to arrive, and West Coast locations taking longer to arrive.

Damages:

Please inspect your unit once it arrives. In the event your unit arrives damaged, please keep any packaging, take note of the serial number for the unit, and note any and all areas of damage. Taking photographs of the areas of damage is recommended.

5-Year Mechanical Warranty
Your Austin Air cleaner is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5-years from the date of purchase; provided your Austin air cleaner was operated under normal residential use and that you have completed and returned your warranty registration to Austin Air Systems

5-Year Pro-rated Filter Warranty
Austin Air offers a 5-year pro-rated filter warranty, by far the most comprehensive in the industry. No more costly filter replacements every few months or even years. Austin Air filters are designed to last for 5-years, under normal residential use.

Returns Window:

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Austin Air air purifier, it may be returned within 30 days* of the delivery date.

Filters are not eligible for return.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Refunding Shipping Charges:

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error.

Returned Product Condition:

Units must be returned in new or gently used condition with original packaging, inserts or accessories (if applicable). Products returned with damage or missing packaging, inserts, or accessories will be subject to a restocking fee of 50%.

Returns Shipping Fee:

We do not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return was a result of our error.

Returning Your Order:

Please contact us via the contact form or by phone for an RMA number before preparing your return. When contacting us, please include your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. Once you receive an RMA number, please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Pack your return securely and include the packing slip with your return.

Mail your return using a traceable shipping method (e.g. USPS with delivery confirmation, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). We also recommend purchasing insurance in the event the carrier loses or damages your return.

Returns Processing Time:

Once your return has been received, please allow us 7 business days to process your return. All refunds will go back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your credit card company or financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction once it has been processed on our end.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges.
